DGE Raja Sekhar Reddy Talla was born on 8th August 1963 to Sri Radha Krishna Reddy and Smt Krishnaveni, Talla Raja Sekhar Reddy had his schooling in Narasaraopet, degree in commerce from Andhra University and MBA from University of Pune. In deference to the wishes of his father entered the family business of Pharmaceuticals and finance on completion of his studies. 

Attracted by Rotaract movement during his college days joined as charter member, Rotaract Club of Narasaraopet in 1981 and held various important positions in Rotaract, at club, District level, then became District Rotaract Representative (DRR) for the year 1990-91. After about a decade and half of experience as an accomplished Rotaractors, in 1995 he joined the Rotary Club of Narasaraopet where in too he proved to be an invaluable Rotarian handling various club level positions besides being its President for the Rotary Year 2007-08 and he has been adjudged best President during that year. Subsequent to that he served District 3150 on a persistent basis by handling different important assignments as District and Regional Chair of District Level Committees relating to Strategic Planning, Membership development & growth, Polio Eradication, Youth Service and TRF, to name a few. 

For his sheer dedication and commitment to Rotary, Rotary’s ideals awards, citations, commendations are not few and among them Rotary Service Excellence Award, Club Builder Award, Distinguished Rotarian Award, Outstanding Rotarian Award and the State Best Youth Award presented right from the hands of then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy are his crowning achievements.  He had also been a member of Group Study Exchange (GSE) Team to South Korea, RI District 3710.  Another of his recent remarkable achievement is his conducting Dt. Polio Seminar with an unprecedented rally of 12000 students during the year 2018-19.           

Happily married to Rtn Uma Devi. Blessed with two sons. Elder son Dr. Venkat Doing Post Doctoral Fellow at Upsala University Sweden. married to an Architect Manogna Reddy and Younger son completed his B Tech in Civil Engineering & Post Graduation Program in Project Engineering Management at National Institute of Construction Management and Research  (NICMAR ) Pune, working for a company at Muscat.
