Akshay Despande is an environmentalist who is widely engaged in waste management, recycling, re-use of waste material like making school bags out if chocolate wrappers, tiles from.plastic, school desks using milk packets etc. He works closely with the Governments pollution control board.
He gave an excellent presentation on how the plastic is destroying the environment and directly or indirectly leading to adverse effects on the health both human and animals alike.
