Millet Recipe Competition
The RC, Bapatla has conducted Millet Recipe Competition in commemoration of International Year of Millets. More than 80 women from in and around Bapatla town have exhibited their millet products along with recipe and method of preparation . All the products are sorted out into three groups namely, breakfast items, lunch /dinner items and snacks . Three prizes first, second and third prizes are given underneath each category . In addition , all the participants are also given a gift. This project has been conducted to encourage millets consumption to improve nutritional health.
