Governors official visit
On Saturday 20th January 2024 Governor Dr. Bhusireddy Shankar Reddy visited the Rotary Club of Martur during his official visit. After breakfast at 9.15 am, a meeting was held with the Secretary, President, Elect President and Assistant Governor. Blood donation camp started at 10.30. 18 units of blood were collected. The Governor said One more life can be saved by donating blood. From 11.30 to 12.30 participated in the program of planting 60 saplings along the side road of Government Junior College. From 12.30 to 1.00 with the help of rtn jasti Sambasiva Rao, 50 people were given lunch packet. After lunch a club assembly, public meeting and a press meet were organized in which the Governor explained the services provided by Rotary and the priorities of Rotary. Finally, the program ended with a small felicitation to the Governors couple and farewell at four oclock in the evening. Representatives of Pangulur, Chilakaluripet, Inkollu clubs and members of Rotary Club Martur participated in the program. The entire tour was chaired by president T. Sambasivarao, Asst governor I.Anjaneyulu, secretary M. KoteswaraRao and tresiourer Ch. Nageswara Rao was organized grandly.
