Plantation of trees
On 23-12-2023 at 03-00 PM, 40 saplings were planted by Rotary Club of Martur with the courtesy of P.G.N.F and EFFORT at Konanki Grama Zilla Parishad High School. We Renowned Mathematician Srinivasaramanujan. Rotary Club President Talluri Sambasiva Rao said that although Srinivasa Ramanujan is not physically with us, he lives in all our hearts. Trees contribute a lot to the global environment by providing us with the food we need, supplying us with oxygen, preventing air pollution, protecting the ozone layer and providing us with cool weather along with rains, and also providing us with medicines and herbs that we need medically. He asked everyone to consider the tree planting program as the first duty in life and make everyone aware of our responsibility towards the society.
