Providing Water Wheels in Tribal Areas
88 water wheels were distributed to the beneficiaries in the villages of Appapur, Rampuram, Agarla, Sanghadi Gundala of Lingala Mandal, Nagarkurnool District.
The event was attended by 8 members from the RGCs. In addition to this 4 Rotarians from other clubs also joined the event. 2 representatives from the NGO Vanavasi Kalyan Parishad also participated. 3 other members who are known friends of Rotarians also were part of the event. The event was attended by the IPDG Rtn. Rajasekhar Talla, DGE Rtn. Sharat Choudhary and DGN Rtn. Raam Prasad.
The total value of the grant is Rs. 2,03,939/- which is from the funds raised by the NRIs.
